the pool area was so uninviting, no bar or anything to make it feel posh. and the bathroom had the most outdated shower—so sad! i really thought i shoudl be upgraded for my troubles but alas, the hotel obviously doesn't believe in customer appreciation. almost left a great review, but just couldn’t. such a disappointment.

The rooftop pool offered stunning views of Mahon, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. I loved the concept of the self-serve Green Lounge, where I could grab complimentary drinks and snacks whenever I wanted, adding a home-like feel to my stay. The breakfast included a great variety of options, including freshly made dishes that catered to all tastes. the gym could use more space and cooling features, as it felt a bit cramped and warm during my workouts.

We thoroughly enjoyed the friendly atmosphere during our stay, especially with the free snacks and drinks in the Green Room. With the swimming pool and jacuzzi as highlights, we felt relaxed, and it was perfect for our family, including our two dogs.

In my wife’s opinion, a dedicated play area for kids would be a great addition.
